In Taylor Armstrong’s new book, Hiding From Reality, she talks all about the domestic abuse she endured while married to Russell Armstrong.

Russell, who committed suicide last summer, has been known since as the man from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills who beat and berated his wife.

And this book definitely isn’t gonna help hide that!! But hopefully it will help other woman see the light and get out of their own abusive relationships!

In the book, she claims:

He would make comments when we were sexual and you know about my weight. No woman needs to be criticized in that moment – criticisms about having sex with me is like ‘having sex with a skeleton.’

Icky!! No, no woman should ever be told something like, especially during sex!! But she also claims she didn’t write it to smear Russell’s image. She explains:

Last week’s Michael Jackson episode was a huge win for the crew behind the FOX musical comedy. Not only was it the most watched episode of the season, but it also generated the highest music sales! With their ten tracks, all MJ themed, the show sold 405,773 new tracks at iTunes and all are in the top 30 of iTunes Top Songs Chart. The largest seller was Naya Rivera and Grant Gustin’s cover of Smooth Criminal, selling 108K all on it’s own. In fact, it ranks as the 3rd highest debut for a Glee song so far in Season 3, behind We Are Young and Rumour Has It/Someone Like You.

Not too shabby! Bet that makes everyone involved on the music end of things feel really good!

Set at a high-end fashion shoot, we see Ladyhawke sing “on and on through the night and the milky way, it’s black and white & blue for you-oo-oou” as she watches the glamorous models through her camera lens.

We’re absolutely loving the cinematography of this one. Everything is so classy and pretty… or is it???
