This is sure to hurt the international sales of The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo.

India’s local Censor Board has deemed the film “unsuitable for public viewing” and therefore, has canceled the release of the film.

Director David Fincher refused to make any edits to his R-rated film and with full-frontal female nudity, a lesbian kiss, and of course, a graphic rape and torture scene, India is basically saying GTFO.

Sony confirmed the news by releasing the following statement:

“Sony Pictures will not be releasing The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo in India. The Censor Board has adjudged the film unsuitable for public viewing in its unaltered form and, while we are committed to maintaining and protecting the vision of the director, we will, as always, respect the guidelines set by the Board.

Way harsh.

Now, Drake has responded to the incident and he definitely says she’s “real.” While he calls The Girl With Dragon Drake Tattoo “incredible,” he isn’t very pleased with the tat artist.

Here are his thoughts on the matter:

I want to meet her and understand what happened. That’s cool though, I feel you 100%, that to me is absolutely incredible.

The guy who tatted is a f*cking as*hole though, I will tell you that,” he said. “I don’t f*ck with that guy. F*ck you to that tat artist by the way. And you should lose your job and should never do tattoos again and I don’t f*ck with you. And if I ever see you, I’m a f*ck you up.

Doesn’t sound like he’s too happy about the sign of devotion.

In a very cool move, Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross have released six tracks from The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo soundtrack, which will be released next Friday.

The team worked over a year to create an impressive 39-song soundtrack that will create the dark and intense mood for the upcoming film.

Reznor wrote on his official website about the pre-order and the six tracks:

“We laughed, we cried, we lost our minds and in the process made some of the most beautiful and disturbing music of our careers. The result is a sprawing three-hour opus that I am happy to announce is available for pre-order right now for as low as $11.99. The full release will be available in one week – December 9th.”

The gentlemen also created the score behind the film’s eight minute trailer.

Bishop Don “Magic” Juan — Snoop Dogg‘s spiritual advisor — left a permanent mark on himself the other day … tatting up his arms with some brand new ink … and we got the pimptastic pics.

The procedure took place on Monday inside Bishop’s L.A. home — and no, your eyes don’t deceive you … one of the tats reads “Let the Chuuuch $ay Amen.”

The other reads “333″ — and we’re told the numbers are significant because they were handed down to him by God. Go figure.

Victor Whitmill, who is responsible for the design inked on Mike Tyson‘s face, recently filed a lawsuit against Warner Brothers for depicting a similar tattoo on Ed Helm‘s character in the upcoming Hangover, Part II, claiming that he was never asked permission for its usage.

Well, it looks like the case is moving forward, and if the judge rules in his favor, it would effectively block the much-anticipated sequel from being released!

Warner Brothers has responded to the suit in a brief to Judge Catherine D. Perry, claiming that a delay in releasing the film would incur massive costs, and asserting that Whithill charges are just a ‘radical claim that he is entitled, under the Copyright Act, to control the use of a tattoo that he created on the face of another human being’ and that the film’s usage of the design falls under ‘fair use’ because Tyson and his ink are well-known in pop culture.

We’re not going to lie, this case really does raise a lot of fascinating questions about intellectual property law!

But we hope that they can reach some sort of resolution – and fast!

If Warner Brothers loses this one, this movie is going to be EFFED!
