Happy Monday Y’all! The weekend flew by as always but I feel like we got to do so much! I’m such a homebody but we did so much socializing this weekend. On Friday we went to the Jezebel Magazine launch of their November issue featuring Atlanta’s Most Beautiful, and surprise- I was on the list! I’ve known about it for 2-3 weeks now and it’s been hard to keep it a secret. I was super excited to see the Magazine give a shout out to my blog that I just started a few months ago! We have more upcoming events this month so if you’re in Atlanta, I hope to meet some of y’all!
Saturday morning we headed to Alabama to visit our sweet friends and then went to the Alabama v. LSU game! I was super tired but we had such a great time. The weather was BEAUTIFUL this weekend! So crazy it’s already early November but I watched the game in shorts and was not cold at all. Sunday we were moving slowly and got stuck in awful traffic back home but glad we got home safely. We were able to sneak in some shoots for my blog so I can stay organized this week! I am trying to try posting a variety of different things/topics so if you have any ideas, message me!
It is a rare occasion that I go to the mall, since I prefer to shop online BUT I had to pick up an order at Jcrew so I couldn’t avoid it. As I was picking up my online order I saw this pretty sweater that I could not pass up. It’s on MAJOR sale and I’m actually contemplating buying it in another color because why not!
I hope you all have a great week! I’m actually looking forward to it because I hired a personal trainer and I’ll be starting on Tuesday! I was working out with EJ religiously when I was getting ready for my wedding and I was in the best shape ever. I worked so hard and lost 15 lbs and was toned. I was also eating super healthy and I felt great! Fast forward to after our wedding and honeymoon and I had zero motivation to work out. I mean, I don’t think I look awful but I’m not happy with the way I look and I just don’t feel well or healthy. Hoping to kick ass this week at the gym and start eating a little bit more healthy. It’s going to be a challenge but I’ve got this!
