Hey guys!!!! It’s been quite some time since my last blog post and I hate it! I’ve been feeling uninspired and haven’t had much time to shoot looks. Lately, I’ve been focusing on my Instagram and working on some campaigns there as well as my shop. Work has also been super busy, which is why I have been MIA.
I was able to shoot with Morgan last weekend and we had so much fun! We explored different parts of Atlanta and shared some laughs. It’s been so incredibly hot in Atlanta but it’s so nice working with her because we’re always super quick! The worst part is changing in the car and sweating but oh well!
Nothing new really going on over here, Logan and I have started settling down and not booking so many trips a year like we did last year. I totally miss it but we shifted priorities this year and are focusing on purchasing a house. Although, I am constantly searching for flight deals and emailing him to urge him to book a trip :). The other thing going on is that I started a “diet” or just healthy eating in general. I have been talking to my personal trainer about changes I want for my body like toning up my arms and stomach and my eating habits were not helping. I work out so hard and sweat so much and then instantly cancel out all my hard work with some pasta, pizza, candy, sodas, etc. So I decided for the next 30 days (I’m on day 8), I was going to be super strict on my diet and see how I feel. I’ve cut out carbs and have focused on eating turkey/chicken and veggies. I’m also trying to cut down on alcohol, because everyone needs a little detox from time to time. Last weekend was an exception because we were celebrating my friend’s engagement 😛 I’ll keep you posted on how it goes.
I wanted to share this super cute casual look I put together. I totally forgot I bought this sweater over a month ago and I was happy to see it’s fully stocked in all sizes and on sale! It’s perfect for the summer and I love the baggy look. The shoes from Target have been my faves and luckily I haven’t gotten them dirty! Now for the shorts, I always get so many questions where I got them! They’re actually my mom’s old pair of Gap jeans and I turned them into shorts a couple of years back. They’re my favorite. Since I get so many questions on them, I was thinking of maybe working on a tutorial. Thoughts?
Hope y’all have a great hump day!
